Some storm… Saw this fallen tree on Harvard St. during my ride back home after getting my CSA share from Davis Sq. The people were talking about how the power was out in the complex. I wasn’t really surprised considering the lines were visibly down from the tree. Additionally some buildings in the Allston area were struck, but with no serious damage other than power outages/zapped computers and phones.

That makes 2 of us.

I was listening to my car radio during my lunch break today, and the DJ informed his audience that in some national automobile something-or-other survey, Boston didn’t even rank in the top five for rudest drivers. Atlanta is actually number one. The DJ was quite disappointed - “C’mon, people! This is something that we used to pride ourselves on. We’re called Massholes for a reason. Use your turn signal only to confuse or agitate.”

Boston did score second for worst road rage (behind Miami).
